Kick your homemade green bean casserole up a notch this Thanksgiving. Make epic smoked green bean casserole on the pellet grill topped with crispy fried onions.
Ingredients

4 Tablespoon | butter |
1 Small | yellow onion, chopped |
1/2 Cup | sliced button mushrooms |
4 | 14.5-oz cans of green beans, drained |
2 Can | 10.5-oz cans of cream of mushroom soup |
1 Teaspoon | Lawry's Seasoned Salt |
As Needed | Pepper |
1 | 6-oz can French's Crispy Fried Onions |
1 Cup | grated sharp cheddar cheese |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 375°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Melt butter in a cast iron skillet and add onions and mushrooms, stirring occasionally until softened.

Add drained green beans and cream of mushroom soup and stir gently to combine.
