RUDI BROSCHOFSKY
Inspired by traditional American Western artwork, Rudi takes classic Old West images and breathes new life into them through the use of intricate stencils, spray paint, and resin. He was “unquestionably influenced” by his parents opening a Western art gallery when he was young, and he combined that with his love of urban art to create a unique style that blends old and new.
WOLAKOTA BUFFALO RANGE
The bond between the Lakota people and the Tatanka, or buffalo, is sacred. For countless generations, Tatanka provided the Lakota with food, shelter, clothing, tools, & ceremonial items. When settlers nearly wiped out the buffalo, it severely disrupted local ecosystems and the Lakota way of life. The Wolakota Buffalo Range is a project that seeks to reintroduce buffalo to Lakota homelands in order to revitalize both the prairie and the people who call it home.
