Wood-fired smoke, thick cream, & crisp fried onions make this classic Thanksgiving green bean recipe a favorite for all ages.

1/2 Stick | butter |
1 Small | onion |
1/2 Cup | Mushrooms, fresh |
4 Can | Green Beans, canned |
2 Can | cream of mushroom soup |
1 Teaspoon | BBQ seasoning salt |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set Traeger to Smoke with the lid open (about 4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 375 degrees F and preheat with the lid closed for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 2
Melt butter in a cast iron skillet and add onions and mushrooms stirring occasionally until softened.
1/2 Stick butter

1/2 Cup Mushrooms, fresh
Step 3
Add drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup and stir gently to combine.
4 Can Green Beans, canned
2 Can cream of mushroom soup
Step 4
Season with seasoning salt and pepper and sprinkle the top with the shredded cheddar cheese and onion rings.
