This one's wrapped in wood-fired smoke. Brandied cherry juice, ginger, and agave syrup are smoked and shaken together with scotch for a rich and aromatic drink.

1/2 Ounce | Smoked Ginger Syrup |
1/4 Ounce | Brandied Cherry Juice |
1/4 Ounce | Agave Nectar |
2 Ounce | Scotch |
3/4 Ounce | lemon juice |
Step 1
When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes).
Step 2
Place ginger syrup, cherry juice, and agave syrup in a shallow dish and place the dish directly on the grill grate. Smoke for 60-90 minutes or until the mixture has picked up the smoke flavor.

Remove from grill and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Place into a shaker tin with scotch and lemon juice and shake with ice.

3/4 Ounce lemon juice
Step 5
Strain into a glass over fresh ice and garnish with grilled lemon wheel. Enjoy!
