Looking for a savory meat you can use with just about anything? This BBQ pork belly is seasoned with Traeger Pork & Poultry Rub, salt, pepper, and roasted over applewood for a smokin' delicious protein.

1 (3 lb) pork belly, skin removed

  • Step 1

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 275℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    275 ˚F / 135 ˚C

  • Step 2

    Meanwhile, season pork belly on both sides with salt, pepper and Traeger Pork & Poultry Rub. Place pork belly directly on the grill grate and cook for 3 to 3-1/2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 200℉.

    Ingredients
    • 1  (3 lb) pork belly, skin removed

    • 4 Tablespoon salt

    • 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper

    • As Needed Traeger Pork & Poultry Rub

  • Step 3

    Remove from grill and let rest 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.

  • Step 4

    Serve in tacos, mac and cheese, nachos or your favorite dish. Enjoy!
