When you have that hankering for glazed restaurant-style salmon, simply fire up this easy salmon recipe in your backyard in your wood-fired oven.

4 (6-8 oz) center-cut salmon fillets, skin on

1/2 Cupmayonnaise
2 TablespoonDijon mustard
1 Tablespoonfresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoonfresh chopped tarragon or dill

  • Step 1

    Season the fillets with the Traeger Fin & Feather Rub.

    • 4  (6-8 oz) center-cut salmon fillets, skin on

  • Step 2

    Make the Glaze: Combine the mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Stir in the lemon juice and dill or tarragon.

    • 1/2 Cup mayonnaise

    • 2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

    • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice

    • 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped tarragon or dill

  • Step 3

    Spread the flesh-side of the fillets with the glaze.

  • Step 4

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Arrange the salmon fillets on the grill grate, skin-side down. Grill for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  • Step 6

    Transfer to a platter or plates, garnish with sliced lemons and chopped dill and serve immediately. Enjoy!
