When you have that hankering for glazed restaurant-style salmon, simply fire up this easy salmon recipe in your backyard in your wood-fired oven.

As Needed | Traeger Fin & Feather Rub |
1/2 Cup | mayonnaise |
2 Tablespoon | Dijon mustard |
1 Tablespoon | fresh lemon juice |
1 Tablespoon | fresh chopped tarragon or dill |

Step 1
Season the fillets with the Traeger Fin & Feather Rub.

Make the Glaze: Combine the mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Stir in the lemon juice and dill or tarragon.
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon fresh chopped tarragon or dill
Step 3
Spread the flesh-side of the fillets with the glaze.
Step 4
When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Arrange the salmon fillets on the grill grate, skin-side down. Grill for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Transfer to a platter or plates, garnish with sliced lemons and chopped dill and serve immediately. Enjoy!
