It's all about the sweet finish with this drink. Bourbon, rye, fernet, and a grilled lemon garnish come together for magic in a glass.

1 | lemon, thinly sliced |
3 Tablespoon | sugar |
1 Ounce | rye |
1/2 Ounce | bourbon |
1 1/2 Ounce | lemon juice |
1/2 Ounce | Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup |
3 Dash | Fernet-Branca |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 325℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Toss lemon wheels with granulated sugar to coat on both sides. Place wheels directly on the grill grate and cook for 15 minutes on each side or until grill marks form.

Add rye, bourbon, lemon juice, Traeger simple syrup and fernet branca to a shaker and shake until slightly diluted (about 10-15 seconds).

1/2 Ounce bourbon
1 1/2 Ounce lemon juice
1/2 Ounce Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup
3 Dash Fernet-Branca

Pour into a fresh glass, served neat and garnished with a grilled lemon wheel. Enjoy!
