Toss those broccoli trees in fresh lemon, herbs, & parmesan for a refreshing summer side dish. Robust hardwood smoke makes grilled vegetables taste amazing.

6 Cup | Fresh Broccoli, Cut into Bite Sized Chunks |
2 Tablespoon | lemon juice |
2 Tablespoon | olive oil |
1 Clove | garlic, minced |
1/4 Teaspoon | salt |
1/4 Teaspoon | pepper |
1/4 Cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
Step 1
Place broccoli in a large resealable bag.
6 Cup Fresh Broccoli, Cut into Bite Sized Chunks
Step 2
Combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper then drizzle over broccoli and toss to coat.

2 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
Step 3
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Step 4
When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 375°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 5
Place the broccoli in a grilling basket or on a sheet tray to prevent the broccoli from sticking or falling through the grate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Grill broccoli for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp but tender. Enjoy
