Knock dessert out of the park by marrying rich chocolate brownies with our candied bacon topping. Jacobsen's Bee Local honey, toasted almonds, & savory bacon creates a sweet & savory topping.

1 Stick | butter, melted |
2 Tablespoon | coconut oil |
2 Tablespoon | water |
2 Cup | Bacon, cooked |
1/2 Cup | Almonds, chopped |
1/2 Cup | sugar |

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 300℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Spray an 8” baking pan with non-stick spray.

Empty Kodiak Cake brownie mix into a medium-size mixing bowl. Add eggs, melted butter, coconut oil, and water. Gently mix, being careful not to overmix. Pour into prepared pan.

Place brownies in center of grill grate; bake for 45 minutes.

While the brownies are baking, begin assembling bacon crumble. Add honey or sugar to a medium-size saucepan, over high heat. Add bacon and almonds. Stir for 2-3 minutes, or until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.

Remove brownies from grill and cool completely. Sprinkle candied bacon crumble over the top of brownies. Enjoy!
