These thick-cut pork chops are surprisingly simple to create, packing complex flavors into each bite, making them the ideal weeknight dinner.

1/4 Cup | olive oil |
1/4 Cup | red wine |
3 Tablespoon | fresh rosemary, chopped |
To Taste | Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub |

Step 1
Mix olive oil, red wine, rosemary leaves, salt, and Blackened Saskatchewan Rub in a bowl.
2 (1-1/2 inch thick) pork chops
1/4 Cup olive oil
1/4 Cup red wine
3 Tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Step 2
Marinate pork chops in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 3
When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 500°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place chops directly on grill grate and cook for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.
