This wood-fired chicken may give you a BBQ hangover. Smothered in Green Goddess dressing takes this dish back to the 70's when calories didn't matter, and the flavor was off the chart. Thanks goodness they still make this dressing, it's a great marinade for chicken drumsticks.

2 Cup | Prepared "Green Goddess" Dressing |
1/4 Cup | parsley, chopped |
1 Tablespoon | paprika |

Place the chicken legs in a large resealable plastic bag. Combine the Green Goddess dressing as well as the parsley and paprika. Pour over the chicken legs. Refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours.

When ready to cook, set the temperature on your grill to 350°F and preheat for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain the chicken legs. Arrange the legs directly on the grill grate and grill, turning once, for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the legs are golden brown and cooked through. Serve at once.
