2 Tablespoonbutter, softened
1/2 Teaspoonlemon zest
1 Teaspoonlemon juice
2 Teaspoonfresh chopped dill
1/2 Teaspoonsalt
To Tasteblack pepper
4 (8 oz) salmon fillets, skin on
1 lemon, thinly sliced

  • Step 1

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Meanwhile mix together the softened butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.

    Ingredients
    • 2 Tablespoon butter, softened

    • 1/2 Teaspoon lemon zest

    • 1 Teaspoon lemon juice

    • 2 Teaspoon fresh chopped dill

    • 1/2 Teaspoon salt

    • To Taste black pepper

  • Step 3

    Generously slather the top of the salmon fillets with the lemon-dill butter and top with a slice of lemon.

    • 4  (8 oz) salmon fillets, skin on

    • 1  lemon, thinly sliced

  • Step 4

    Place the salmon fillets on the hot grill grate, skin-side facing down. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, for a medium-rare salmon, or until the salmon is done to your liking.

    Garnish with fresh dill. Enjoy!
