1 (6-8 lb) Snake River Farms Kurobuta Half Bone-In Ham
20 whole cloves
1 Stickbutter, softened
1/4 Cupdark corn syrup
1 Cuphoney, room temperature

  • Step 1

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 325℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Score ham. Smear the entire ham with softened butter and stud with the whole cloves and place ham in foil-lined pan.

    Ingredients
    • 1  (6-8 lb) Snake River Farms Kurobuta Half Bone-In Ham

    • 20  whole cloves

    • 1 Stick butter, softened

  • Step 3

    Combine the dark corn syrup and honey. Warm to combine if needed. Pour 3/4 of the glaze over ham, and bake for 1-1/2 to 2 hours on the grill or until the ham reaches 140℉.

    • 1/4 Cup dark corn syrup

    • 1 Cup honey, room temperature

  • Step 4

    Baste ham every 20 minutes with remaining honey glaze.

    Remove from grill and let rest a few minutes.
