Our twist on a turkey burger infuses rich, Asian flavors into a hearty patty topped with spicy Sriracha mayo.

3 Tablespoon | mayonnaise |
1 Tablespoon | Sriracha |
1 1/2 Pound | Turkey, ground |
1/2 Cup | panko breadcrumbs |
1/4 Cup | cilantro, finely chopped |
3 Clove | garlic, minced |
2 | scallions, chopped |
3 Tablespoon | soy sauce |
1 Tablespoon | sesame oil |
1 Tablespoon | Grated Ginger |
1 Teaspoon | red pepper flakes |
1 Head | Boston lettuce |
1 | Tomatoes, sliced |
1 | red onion, sliced |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 2
To make the Sriracha mayo, mix together mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl and set aside.

Using your hands, mix together all the ingredients for the burgers in a large bowl until fully incorporated.

1/2 Cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 Cup cilantro, finely chopped
3 Clove garlic, minced
2 scallions, chopped
3 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger
1 Teaspoon red pepper flakes
Step 4
Scoop out about 1/3 lb of the mixture and form into a patty. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture until all used.
Step 5
Grill the burgers until well browned, about 5 to 7 minutes per side and an instant read thermometer registers 165℉ when inserted.

Step 6
Take a piece of the lettuce and place the burger in the middle. Spread the spicy mayo on top with sliced tomato and red onion.
