Go bold with your brew by mixing it with our smoked Simple Syrup, bitters, and bourbon and topping it all off with a grilled orange slice.

3/4 Fluid Ounce | Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup |
3 Dash | Angostura bitters |
3 Fluid Ounce | Guinness Extra Stout |

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 500℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place orange slices directly on the grill grate and cook 20-25 minutes. Remove from grill and let cool.

In a mixing glass, add the whiskey, Traeger Simple Syrup and bitters. Add ice and shake. Pour over a beer glass filled with ice and top off with cold Guinness.

Garnish with grilled orange slice and amarena cherry. Enjoy!
