Marinate your shrimp in tangy Asian flavors then pop them on the wood-fired grill to add a layer of delicious smoke. Grilled shrimp are the perfect quick dinner any time of year.

1 Cup | soy sauce |
1 Cup | teriyaki sauce |
1 Cup | Sweet Sherry |
1 Cup | extra-virgin olive oil |
1 Clove | garlic, minced |
1 Teaspoon | grated fresh ginger |
1 Teaspoon | Traeger Asian BBQ Rub |

Cut shrimp along back of shell; remove black veins and shrimp heads. Wipe shrimp with a damp paper towel and set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients in shallow pan or gallon zip top bag; mix well. Add shrimp and marinate for 2 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.

When ready to cook, set the temperature to High and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Remove the shrimp from the marinade and thread on metal or pre-soaked wooden skewers.

Place shrimp on grill, close lid and cook 3 minutes.

Turn the shrimp over, close the lid and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until shrimp are opaque.

Remove from grill and serve immediately. Enjoy!
