This cocktail packs a serious punch. If you're a fan of bourbon, fresh citrus and apple ale, this cocktail's for you. Bottoms up!

1 1/2 Ounce | brandy |
1/2 Ounce | bourbon |
1 1/2 Ounce | Grilled Orange Juice |
1/2 Ounce | Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup |
1/2 Ounce | lemon juice |
2 Dash | bitters |
1 Bottle | Redds Apple Ale |

When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill and set the temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed 10-15 minutes.

Grilled Orange Juice: Brush halved oranges with agave and place face down directly on the grill grate. Grill for 20-30 minutes or until slightly charred. Let cool and extract juices.

Grilled orange and lemon peels: Toss thin peels of lemon and oranges in granulated sugar. Place on grill on 350 degrees F and cook grill until oils caramelize and show a toasted edge.

In a shaker glass combine all ingredients except the Redds Apple Ale. Add ice and shake.

Pour over ice and top off with Redds Apple Ale and garnish with a grilled orange and lemon peel. Enjoy!
