Fresh flavor from field to Traeger. This wild turkey burger has a jalapeño kick and is topped with fresh tomatoes, avocado, arugula and a light and zesty mayonnaise spread.

2 Pound | ground turkey |
1 Whole | jalapeño, seeded and chopped |
2 Tablespoon | cilantro, chopped |

5 Whole | ciabatta buns, for serving |

Step 1
For the mayonnaise spread: In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, rub, and lemon juice and mix well.
1/4 Cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Traeger Fin & Feather Rub
Half lemon, juiced
Step 2
When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. In a small bowl combine the ground turkey, Fin & Feather rub, chopped jalapeños, and cilantro. Form ground turkey into 5 - 6 oz patties.
2 Pound ground turkey
2 Tablespoon Traeger Fin & Feather Rub
1 Whole jalapeño, seeded and chopped
2 Tablespoon cilantro, chopped
Step 3
Place patties directly on the grill grate and cook 5-7 minutes. Flip and cook 5-7 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 165℉. Remove from grill and set aside.

Step 4
Spread mayonnaise mixture on the bottom bun, top with turkey burger, arugula, tomato, and avocado. Enjoy! *Cook times will vary depending on set and ambient temperatures.
