It's a classic for a reason, but our version of a whiskey sour mixes up WhistlePig SmokeStock Whiskey and Traeger's Smoked Simple Syrup for a crowd-pleasing cocktail any time of year.

2 Ounce | Whistlepig SmokeStock Whiskey |
1 Ounce | lemon juice |
3/4 Ounce | smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought) |
1 Large | egg white |
Ice | |
1 | Luxardo cherry, for garnish |

Add the WhistlePig Whiskey, lemon juice, Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

Add ice to the shaker, seal, and shake for 10 seconds to chill.

Place a Hawthorne strainer over the top of the shaker and pour the cocktail through a fine-mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass, or into a rocks glass over cubed ice.

Garnish with a Luxardo cherry threaded onto a skewer. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
