These zesty ears will be the talk of your BBQ. Tender grilled corn is brushed with our flavorful chili-lime butter for your new favorite summer side.

1 Teaspoon | chili powder |
1/2 Teaspoon | onion powder |
1 Teaspoon | Traeger Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy Rub |
2 | lime, juiced |
1 Tablespoon | lime zest |
Step 1
Soak the ears of corn, still in their husk, in water for 4 to 8 hours.

Step 2
When ready to cook, set temperature to 350℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Place corn directly on grill grates. Turn corn every 15 minutes for 45 minutes total cooking time.

Step 4
Combine chili powder, onion powder, Summer Shandy rub, lime juice, lime zest and butter in an oven safe dish and place in grill for 10 minutes. Remove corn and butter from the grill.

Pull corn husk back, but not off and remove corn silk. Using the corn husk as a handle, brush the corn with the melted chili-lime butter. Enjoy!
