This healthy, refreshing cucumber-yogurt sauce goes well with all kinds of grilled fare (think kebabs, lamb burgers, chicken, and vegetables) and takes just a few minutes to prepare.
Prep Time
1 Cup | plain whole milk Greek yogurt |
1/2 Cup | grated cucumber, squeezed to remove water |
1 | garlic clove, minced |
1 Tablespoon | chopped fresh dill |
1 Tablespoon | chopped fresh mint |
1 Tablespoon | olive oil |
1 Teaspoon | finely grated lemon zest |
2 Teaspoon | fresh lemon juice |
1/4 Teaspoon | kosher salt |
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, garlic dill, mint, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, and salt, and stir well. Cover, and keep refrigerated until ready to serve and up to 3 days.
