This healthy, refreshing cucumber-yogurt sauce goes well with all kinds of grilled fare (think kebabs, lamb burgers, chicken, and vegetables) and takes just a few minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

1 Cupplain whole milk Greek yogurt
1/2 Cupgrated cucumber, squeezed to remove water
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tablespoonchopped fresh dill
1 Tablespoonchopped fresh mint
1 Tablespoonolive oil
1 Teaspoonfinely grated lemon zest
2 Teaspoonfresh lemon juice
1/4 Teaspoonkosher salt

  • Step 1

    In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, garlic dill, mint, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, and salt, and stir well. Cover, and keep refrigerated until ready to serve and up to 3 days.

    • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh dill

    • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh mint

    • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

    • 1 Teaspoon finely grated lemon zest

    • 2 Teaspoon fresh lemon juice

    • 1/4 Teaspoon kosher salt
