Dive into this gooey, warm, melt-in-your mouth cast iron cookie face first. Milk, dark and white chocolate come together to make cast iron deep dish magic. Triple the chocolate = triple the love you'll have for this decadent dessert.

1/2 Cup | sugar |
2 | eggs |
2 1/4 Cup | flour |
1 Teaspoon | baking soda |
2 Teaspoon | kosher salt |
1/2 Cup | brown sugar |
1 Cup | chocolate chips |
1/2 Cup | dark chocolate chips |
1/2 Cup | White Chocolate Chips |
Step 1
Start the Traeger grill on smoke with the lid open until fire is established (4-5 minutes). Set the temperature to high, close the lid and allow to preheat for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2
Cream butter, vanilla and sugars. Add eggs one at a time. Add dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.

1 Teaspoon baking soda
2 Teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 Cup brown sugar

Step 3
Roll into large balls and put in cast iron pan. Bake on High in the Traeger for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
