Bundle up for the big game & Traeger this quick & easy tailgating side dish. These wood-fired tots are smothered in bacon & cheese & taste great on a cold day.

1 Whole | frozen tater tots |
As Needed | salt and pepper |
1 Cup | sour cream |
1 Cup | shredded cheddar cheese, divided |
1/2 Cup | bacon, chopped |
1/4 Cup | green onion, diced |
Step 1
Preheat Traeger to 375 degrees F, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up and spread frozen tater tots onto sheet.

Step 3
Sprinkle with Traeger Veggie Shake or salt and pepper to taste.
As Needed salt and pepper
Step 4
Place the baking sheet on the preheated grill grate and cook the tater tots for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Drizzle sour cream over cooked tater tots.
1 Cup sour cream
Step 6
Sprinkle the cheese, bacon bits and green onions on top of the tater tots.
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 Cup bacon, chopped
1/4 Cup green onion, diced
Step 7
Turn heat up to High heat and cook for 5 more minutes until the cheese melts and serve immediately. Enjoy!
