Warning: These are hard to stop eating. If you prefer a single kind of nut, such as all almonds, that works, too. Aside from snacking, these would be tasty in a salad or as part of cheese board.

32 Ounce | lightly salted mixed nuts |
4 Tablespoon | unsalted butter, melted |
3 Tablespoon | spicy taco seasoning mix |
2 Tablespoon | brown sugar |
Step 1
Preheat the Traeger with the lid closed to 225°F; this will take about 15 minutes.
Step 2
On a large sheet tray, toss the nuts with the butter, taco seasoning, and sugar until evenly coated. Spread the nuts out on the baking sheet.

Step 3
Place the baking sheet directly on the grill grate and smoke, using Super Smoke if available, until lightly toasted in color and slightly matte in appearance, about 1 hour.
