These easy-to-make ribs start by smoking low and slow, then get wrapped in foil to cook to tender perfection. A quick brush of wonderfully sticky Traeger Honey and Brown Sugar Glaze at the end of cooking delivers a boost of sweet flavor and a gorgeous glossy finish.

Peel membrane from the back side of ribs and trim any excess fat. Season both sides of racks with Traeger Pork & Poultry Rub.

Preheat the Traeger to 180°F with the lid closed; this will take about 15 minutes.

Place ribs directly on the grill grate and smoke until the internal temperature registers between 160°F to 165°F, 3 to 4 hours.

Remove ribs from grill and increase Traeger temperature to 350°F.

Wrap each slab tightly in foil then return them to the grill. Cook until the internal temperature registers 204°F, about another 45 minutes.

Unwrap the ribs, brush the glaze on the meaty size, and cook until the glaze is set, another 10 to 15 minutes.
