Smoked nuts make an excellent snack on their own but also add wood-fired crunch to salads, soups, pastas, and are an excellent addition to a cheese board. Enjoy pure wood-fired flavor or season the nuts (a bit of sweet and heat is nice) before smoking as you like.

4 Cup | your favorite nuts, single kind or a mix |
2 Tablespoon | oil or clarified butter |
2 Tablespoon | seasoning of your choice (optional) |
Step 1
Preheat the Traeger grill with the lid closed to to 225°F; this will take about 15 minutes. If you have it, use Super Smoke.

Step 2
Toss the nuts with the clarified butter or oil. Season the nuts as you like then spread them out on a rimmed baking sheet.
4 Cup your favorite nuts, single kind or a mix
2 Tablespoon oil or clarified butter
2 Tablespoon seasoning of your choice (optional)
Step 3
Place baking sheet directly on grill grate and smoke, tossing nuts occasionally, for 30 minutes.

Let cool completely. Enjoy right away or store airtight at room temperature.
