Roasted cherries meet bourbon, bitters, a splash of Coke, and a squeeze of lime for your new go-to summertime drink.

15 Whole | Fresh cherries, pitted |
2 Tablespoon | bourbon |
1 Tablespoon | Sugar |
2 Ounce | bourbon |
4 Dash | bitters |
8 Ounce | Coke |
2 Whole | lime wedges, for serving |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 425°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. Place a cast iron or grill-safe nonstick pan in the grill as it preheats.

Toss cherries, bourbon, and sugar together. Place in preheated pan on Traeger and roast for 10 minutes, or until cherries have darkened in color and are slightly soft. Remove from grill and allow to cool completely.

Assemble the drink by muddling a few smoked cherries with bitters, and a lime wedge. Add ice, bourbon and Coke. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
