When you have that hankering for glazed restaurant-style salmon, simply fire up your wood-fired grill and make this easy salmon recipe in your backyard.

4 (6-8 oz) center-cut salmon fillets, skin-on
To Taste
1/2 Cupmayonnaise
2 TablespoonDijon mustard
1 TablespoonFresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoonchopped fresh tarragon, dill, or flat-leaf parsley, plus more for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Steps

  • Step 1

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Season the salmon fillets with Traeger Fin & Feather Rub.

    In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and tarragon. Spread the glaze over the flesh side of the fish.

    • 2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

    • 1 Tablespoon Fresh lemon juice

    • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon, dill, or flat-leaf parsley, plus more for garnish

  • Step 4

    Arrange the salmon fillets directly on the grill grates, skin-side down. Close the lid and grill until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, 25-30 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Transfer the salmon to a platter. Garnish with more herbs and serve with lemon wedges, if desired. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
