When you have that hankering for glazed restaurant-style salmon, simply fire up your wood-fired grill and make this easy salmon recipe in your backyard.

1/2 Cup | Mayonnaise |
2 Tablespoon | Dijon mustard |
1 Tablespoon | Fresh lemon juice |
1 Tablespoon | chopped fresh tarragon, dill, or flat-leaf parsley, plus more for garnish |
Lemon wedges, for serving (optional) |

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Season the salmon fillets with Traeger Fin & Feather Rub.

In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and tarragon. Spread the glaze over the flesh side of the fish.

Arrange the salmon fillets directly on the grill grates, skin-side down. Close the lid and grill until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, 25-30 minutes.

Transfer the salmon to a platter. Garnish with more herbs and serve with lemon wedges, if desired. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
