For an easy vegetable side, just sprinkle asparagus spears with some of our veggie rub. It’s refreshingly zesty and makes Traeger-roasted asparagus taste even more delicious.

2 Tablespoon | olive oil, plus more to taste |
To Taste | Traeger Veggie Rub |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 350 °F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Drizzle the asparagus with the olive oil and sprinkle with Traeger Veggie Rub, rubbing to coat evenly.

Step 3
Arrange the asparagus directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook until tender, 15-20 minutes.
