2 Tablespoon | poppy seeds |
1 Tablespoon | dried minced onion |
2 Teaspoon | dried minced garlic |
1 Teaspoon | coarse salt |
2 Tablespoon | sesame seeds |
1/4 Cup | dijon mustard |
1 (8 oz) can of Pillsbury Original Crescent Roll dough | |
1 Large | egg, lightly beaten |
20 | cocktail beef frankfurters |
As Needed | Mustard or your favorite dipping sauce, for serving |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat with the lid closed 15 minutes.

Grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

In a small bowl, mix together the poppy seeds, dried onion, dried garlic, salt, and sesame seeds.

2 Teaspoon dried minced garlic
1 Teaspoon coarse salt

Step 4
Cut each crescent roll dough triangle into thirds lengthwise, making 3 narrow triangles. Brush the dough strips lightly with Dijon mustard.
1/4 Cup dijon mustard
1 (8 oz) can of Pillsbury Original Crescent Roll dough
Step 5
Place a cocktail beef frankfurter at the wide end of each dough strip and roll up. Arrange, seam-side down, on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with the everything seasoning.
1 Large egg, lightly beaten

Step 6
Place the baking sheet on the grill grates, close the lid, and bake until the dough is golden brown, 12–15 minutes.
