These impressive-looking carrots taste smokin’ delicious. They're easy to make & are perfect for a holiday side dish or any night of the week.

3 Tablespoon | high-quality olive oil |
1 1/4 Teaspoon | kosher salt |
1/2 Teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper |
2 Tablespoon | minced parsley |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 425°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 2
If the carrots are thick, cut them in half lengthwise; if not, leave whole. Toss them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt and pepper.

1/2 Teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Step 3
Transfer to a sheet pan, spreading into a single layer and roast on the Traeger for 20 minutes until browned and tender.
