This fruit will be your new summer go-to. Brushed with a brown sugar and honey glaze and grilled on the Traeger, it’s perfect served as a side, with ice cream, or even in a cocktail.

1 | pineapple, skin removed |
1 Cup | honey, plus more for serving |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 450° and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the pineapple, then drizzle the honey all over to coat evenly.

Step 3
Place the pineapple directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook, rotating occasionally, until grill marks appear, about 30 minutes total.

Remove the pineapple from the grill and drizzle with more honey, if desired. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
