1/2 Poundthick-cut bacon
2 Poundbrussels sprouts, halved
1 Mediumred onion, sliced
2 Tablespoonolive oil

Steps

  • Step 1

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Place the bacon directly on grill grates and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned.

    Ingredients
    • 1/2 Pound thick-cut bacon

  • Step 3

    Remove the bacon from the grill and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate. Increase the Traeger temperature to 375°F.

  • Step 4

    In a large bowl, add the onion and Brussels sprouts. Cut the bacon into 1⁄2-inch-pieces and add to the bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat and pour into a baking pan.

    • 2 Pound brussels sprouts, halved

    • 1 Medium red onion, sliced

    • 2 Tablespoon olive oil

    • To Taste salt

    • To Taste pepper

  • Step 5

    Place the baking pan directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes, mixing halfway through cooking.

  • Step 6

    Remove the Brussels sprouts from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy!
