4 Poundjumbo shrimp
1 Cupsoy sauce
1 Cupteriyaki sauce
1 Cupsweet sherry
1 Cupolive oil
1 Clovegarlic, minced
1 Teaspoonfreshly grated ginger
1 TeaspoonTraeger Chicken Rub

Steps

  • Step 1

    Cut shrimp along the back of the shell. Remove black veins and shrimp heads.

    Ingredients
    • 4 Pound jumbo shrimp

  • Step 2

    Wipe shrimp with a damp paper towel and set aside.

  • Step 3

    Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow pan or gallon size resealable bag and mix well. Add shrimp and marinate for 2 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.

    • 1 Cup soy sauce

    • 1 Cup teriyaki sauce

    • 1 Cup sweet sherry

    • 1 Cup olive oil

    • 1 Clove garlic, minced

    • 1 Teaspoon freshly grated ginger

    • 1 Teaspoon Traeger Chicken Rub

  • Step 4

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 500°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Remove the shrimp from the marinade and thread onto metal or pre-soaked wooden skewers.

  • Step 6

    Place shrimp directly on the grill grate, close lid, and cook for 3 minutes.

  • Step 7

    Turn the shrimp over, close the lid and cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque.

  • Step 8

    Remove from Traeger and serve immediately. Enjoy!
