While very popular on steak this vibrant and brightly flavored fresh herb sauce tastes great with just about most grilled or smoked fare. Try it on chicken, potatoes, salmon, and more.

Ingredients

1 Cupfresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1/2 Cupextra-virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoonred wine vinegar
4 Clovegarlic
1/2 Teaspoonred pepper flakes
1/2 Teaspoonground cumin
1/4 Teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
As Neededkosher salt

Steps

  • Step 1

    Combine all of the ingredients except the salt in a blender and blend. Alternatively, mince the herbs and the garlic and whisk with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt. Enjoy!
