While very popular on steak this vibrant and brightly flavored fresh herb sauce tastes great with just about most grilled or smoked fare. Try it on chicken, potatoes, salmon, and more.
Prep Time
1 Cup | fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves |
1/2 Cup | extra-virgin olive oil |
2 Tablespoon | red wine vinegar |
4 Clove | garlic |
1/2 Teaspoon | red pepper flakes |
1/2 Teaspoon | ground cumin |
1/4 Teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper |
As Needed | kosher salt |
Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients except the salt in a blender and blend. Alternatively, mince the herbs and the garlic and whisk with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt. Enjoy!
