2 1/2 Whole(1-1/2 inch thick) bone-in buffalo rib-eye steak
2 TeaspoonJacobsen Salt Co. Cherrywood Smoked Salt
1 1/2 Tablespoonblack pepper

Steps

  • Step 1

    When ready to cook, start temperature to 450 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Combine salt and pepper and evenly coat steak with seasoning. Place steak directly on grill grate.

    • 2 1/2 Whole (1-1/2 inch thick) bone-in buffalo rib-eye steak

    • 2 Teaspoon Jacobsen Salt Co. Cherrywood Smoked Salt

    • 1 1/2 Tablespoon black pepper

  • Step 3

    Grill for 6 minutes on one side, then flip steak and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees for medium rare, 145 for medium. Enjoy!
