Add the chicken, Traeger Texas Spicy BBQ Sauce, Traeger Apricot BBQ Sauce, bourbon, honey, garlic, and onion powder to a resealable bag. Massage to coat the chicken, then seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, or overnight.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 450°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.

Place the skewers directly on the grill grates toward the front of the grill. Close the lid and cook until starting to char, 2-3 minutes, then move to the center of the grill and cook until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F, 8-10 minutes more.
