What’s better than a bouquet of roses? A bouquet of Traeger baked bacon. Follow this recipe to discover how easy it is to make bacon roses for the special someone in your life. Note: For the stems, look for fake roses at a dollar store. If you do go fresh, there are plenty of other ways to put the rose petals to good use—like table décor and more.

Whether using fake or real roses, remove the petals form the stems leaving the calyx (the greens that cradle the petals) behind. Stick a toothpick securely into the stem.

Let the crisped bacon cool briefly, then slide each roll onto the toothpick on the stem. Arrange in a vase or gather in your hands to deliver. Enjoy!
