2 Poundground pork
2 PoundVenison, ground
2 PoundBacon, Uncooked, Chopped
2 red bell pepper, diced
2 green bell pepper, diced
2 OunceTraeger Big Game Rub
Toasted Buns
onion
Arugula, fresh
yellow mustard

  • Step 1

    When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    500 ˚F / 260 ˚C

  • Step 2

    Mix together pork, venison, bacon, and peppers in a large bowl.

    Ingredients
    • 2 Pound ground pork

    • 2 Pound Venison, ground

    • 2 Pound Bacon, Uncooked, Chopped

    • 2  red bell pepper, diced

    • 2  green bell pepper, diced

  • Step 3

    Form meat mixture into individual patties and season with Realtree Big Game rub.

    Ingredients
    • 2 Ounce Traeger Big Game Rub

  • Step 4

    Grill burgers for 5-8 minutes. Flip them and grill another 5-8 minutes.

    Smear mustard on toasted buns, add lettuce and onions or your favorite toppings and serve. Enjoy!
