20 OunceSnake River Farms Boneless Strip Steak or Rib Steak Butterflied into Heart Shape
2 OunceJacobsen Salt Co. Pure Kosher Sea Salt
2 Teaspoonblack pepper
2 TablespoonRaw Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 Tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil

Step

  • Step 1

    Draw a large heart on a piece of cardboard, shape to size of meat selected. Cut out cardboard heart shape, then trim meat into heart shape.

  • Step 2

    Combine all ingredients on the cut steak.

    • 2 Ounce Jacobsen Salt Co. Pure Kosher Sea Salt

    • 2 Teaspoon black pepper

    • 2 Tablespoon Raw Dark Chocolate, finely chopped

    • 1/2 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  • Step 3

    When ready to cook, set the temperature to 450° F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Grill steak for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until you’ve reached desired doneness. Remove from grill. Let rest for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
