20 Ounce | Snake River Farms Boneless Strip Steak or Rib Steak Butterflied into Heart Shape |
2 Ounce | Jacobsen Salt Co. Pure Kosher Sea Salt |
2 Teaspoon | black pepper |
2 Tablespoon | Raw Dark Chocolate, finely chopped |
1/2 Tablespoon | extra-virgin olive oil |
Step 1
Draw a large heart on a piece of cardboard, shape to size of meat selected. Cut out cardboard heart shape, then trim meat into heart shape.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients on the cut steak.

2 Teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoon Raw Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Step 3
When ready to cook, set the temperature to 450° F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 4
Grill steak for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until you’ve reached desired doneness. Remove from grill. Let rest for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
