This aromatic drink will leave your martini glass smokin'. Smoked vermouth and vodka makes for the perfect martini. Add a smoked onion skewer to tie it all together.

When ready to cook, set temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

To make the smoked onion vermouth: Pour a jar of vermouth soaked cocktail onions onto a shallow sheet pan. Smoke for 45 minutes.

To make the cocktail: Add vodka, smoked onion vermouth, and dry vermouth into a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
