Cool off with this classic flavor combo. Peaches are drizzled with honey and grilled on the Traeger then pureed and frozen into a sweet and creamy summertime treat.

4 Whole | peaches, halved |
1 Cup | Yogurt, Plain |
1 Whole | Vanilla Bean, split and scraped |
1 Cup | cream |

When ready to cook, start your Traeger according to grill instructions. Turn temperature to 450 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 - 15 minutes.

Drizzle cut side of peaches with 2 Tbsp of the honey and place, cut side down on the grill grate.

Cook for 10 minutes or until grill marks develop. Remove from grill and transfer to a blender. Puree until smooth and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, remaining honey, and beans scraped from vanilla. Whisk to combine.

Fill popsicle molds alternating between peach puree and cream leaving a small space at the top.

Place a popsicle stick in each popsicle and freeze for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
