If you like it hot, try these chicken wraps flavored with Traeger Poultry seasoning & buffalo sauce. Serve these wraps up on game day or tote them for lunch on the go.

As Needed | Traeger Pork & Poultry Rub |
3 Tablespoon | butter |
1/2 Cup | hot sauce |
4 | flour tortillas |
1/2 Cup | Blue Cheese Dressing |
1 1/2 Cup | iceberg lettuce |
1 Cup | celery, diced |
Step 1
Season chicken tenders on all sides with the Traeger Pork and Poultry Rub.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 350℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Arrange chicken tenders on the grill grate. Cook for 7-10 minutes per side, or until the chicken is no longer pink inside.

While the chicken is cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add hot sauce and stir to combine.

Using tongs, transfer the cooked chicken tenders to the hot sauce mixture. Turn to coat. If desired, briefly warm the tortillas on the grill.

Lay the tortillas on a flat work surface. Using tongs, lift the chicken tenders from the sauce and arrange on the tortillas.
Step 7
Top with lettuce and celery. Drizzle with blue cheese or ranch dressing, and roll up. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
