When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180˚F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

Wash berries well, spread them on a clean cookie sheet, and place on the grill. Smoke berries for 15 minutes.
3
Remove berries from grill and transfer to a blender. Puree berries until smooth then pass through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds.

To create a layered cocktail, pour 2 ounces of berry puree in the bottom of a glass. Next, pour 2 ounces of bourbon or iced tea over the back of a spoon into the glass, then 1/2 ounce lime juice and 1/2 ounce simple syrup, and top with soda water and ice. Finish with mint or extra berries for garnish.

Repeat the same process for 3 more servings. Enjoy!
