    Mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce and Traeger Beef rub.

    Ingrédients
    • 2 Pound bœuf haché

    • 1 Tablespoon sauce Worcestershire

    • 2 Tablespoon Enrobage pour le bœuf Traeger

  • Step 2

    Form beef mixture into 8 hamburger patties.

  • Step 3

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

    Place patties directly on the grill grate and smoke for 2 hours.
