Smoked milk (or cream) may sound iffy but imagine how good it will taste in your next batch of mashed potatoes or “cream of” soup. Or whip smoked cream and some sugar to make an unusual but tasty dessert topping.

Preheat the Traeger with the lid closed to 180°F; this will take about 10 minutes. If you have it, use Super Smoke.

Pour the milk or cream into a shallow pan , place the pan directly on the grill grate, and smoke for 30 minutes.
