Preheat the Traeger with the lid closed to 185°F; this will take about 10 minutes. If you have it, use Super Smoke.

Place the eggs directly on the grill grates and smoke them for 30 minutes. The whites will darken.

Let the eggs cool. Use right away or store, covered and refrigerated, for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
