You heard us right. These burgers are slathered with a chipotle peanut butter mix and topped with crispy bacon and classic lettuce and tomato for a crazy delicious flavor combo.

1 Tablespoon | brown sugar |
1 Cup | Peanut Butter Smooth or Chunky |
1/2 Cup | honey |
1/2 Tablespoon | Chipotle Chili Powder |
To Taste | salt and pepper |
4 Slices | cheddar cheese |
As Needed | sweet onion |
As Needed | dill pickles |
As Needed | tomatoes |
As Needed | Avocado, Sliced |
4 Whole | burger buns |

When ready to cook, start the Traeger according to grill instructions. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Sprinkle bacon with brown sugar. Cook bacon for 10 minutes, flip and cook for 10 more minutes, or until it reaches desired doneness. Remove bacon and turn grill temp to 450 degrees F (set to 500 degrees F if using a WiFIRE-enabled grill).

Whisk together peanut butter, honey and chipotle powder.

Form ground chuck into four (6 oz) patties. Season liberally with salt and pepper and place burgers on grill.

Grill burgers for 4 minutes, flip and grill for 3 more minutes. Add cheese and continue to cook for 1 more minute.

Remove from grill. Spread peanut butter mixture on hamburger buns.

Assemble burger with bacon and all your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
